Highlights are the classy ‘Give Me Something Better’ feat John McCallum, the tough funky soul of ‘It Ain’t What You Got’ feat John Turrell, the super-catchy jazz funk of ‘Digging In The Dirt’, the warm, full bodied disco-boogie of ‘I Can’t Stop The Feeling’, the infectious mid 70s funk of ‘Keep On Bumping’ and the chunky funk of ‘Return Of The Haggis (X Rated). Really, really good album that’ll you keep coming back to: loads for both home listeners and DJs to plunder here – inventive and retro rolled into ten perfectly formed tracks!
