Payments

Payments will processed via Protx for credit /debit/charge card transactions, this means we do not see your card details. We also accept PayPal, Postal Orders, Cheques or Bank transfers.

If you are experiencing difficulties with placing the order please call us on 020 8875 1018 (mon –sat 10am-7pm) UK time.

Prices

All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling, and will be charged at today’s rate of exchange.

Orders

We aim to despatch most in-stock orders placed before 2:30pm on the same day (Monday to Friday). If items are found to be out of stock at the time of collating your order we shall strive to contact you and arrange later or partial delivery of goods. All goods are despatched either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning you can track your items using the Royal Mail’s online tracking system (UK). Overseas Orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure. Items may be sent un-insured at your own risk.

You will receive an email from us confirming despatch with the tracking number.

Normally you should expect to receive your music within 2 days UK (excl weekends), and between 3- 7 days for Europe and 7 -10 days for the rest of the world.

Returns

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with an item, please contact us before returning any goods on +44 (0)208 875 1018 or soulbrothers@soulbrother.com

If you receive damaged or defected goods, these items will be replaced where possible or if not possible exchanged or a full refund given.

If we have made an error on your order, we will replace with the correct item or a full refund will be given.

We regret we are unable to accept goods back under any other circumstances.
