Slick R&B star Joe returns with ‘My Name Is Joe Thomas’ and as you’d expect the emphasis is on smooth, mid tempo ‘bedroom’ numbers. ‘Lean Into It’ open the set nicely with more of a mid tempo soul feel, ‘Don’t Lock Me Out’ is an uptempo club number while ‘Lay You Down’ is a silky slab of soulful R&B. ‘Love Centric’ has a throwback feel, ‘No Chance’ is another lush urban number while ‘Can’t Run From Love’ is a decent mid tempo groover.
