When you click on the 'Search catalogue' button on the menu at the top of each page on www.soulbrother.com, a new window will open taking you to our search engine. It is important that you keep this window open whilst you shop. If you need to go back to the main site, do not close this window as it will clear your basket. We aim to integrate our shopping cart into our main site, but for the time being our online store resides on our shopping cart designer's server. When you have finished searching/shopping and procced to checkout it will take you to a secure area of the site, but again, it is important that you don't close the window containing the shopping cart until you have finished shopping. When browsing our site you'll notice some abbreviations next to each product line. Here are what they mean

Record conditions
We only sell new, not used CDs, DVDs and Books.
Our vinyl Grades
S/S (meaning that the record is sealed)
M/M Where the sleeve and the vinyl are Mint
M/E Where the vinyl is mint and the sleeve is excellent
E/M Where the Vinyl is excellent and the sleeve is mint
E/E where the record and sleeve are excellent

ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2:30pm

We aim to despatch all instock orders placed before 2:30pm the same day (Monday to Friday). If items are found to be out of stock at the time of collating your order we shall strive to contact you and arrange later or partial delivery of goods. All goods are despatched either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning you can track your items using the Royal Mail's online tracking system.

We are now using Sage Pay secure site for processing all credit card transactions on our site to give you the maximum security protection for your card details.
When placing an order you will be directed to their site to enter your card and security information. We have no access to this information.
We apologise for a few teething problems we have had with this new system, which have now been resolved by and large. If you experience any problems please let us know.
