Grading Second Hand Discs

Our gradings are records (discs) first then cover (sleeve):

  • S / S = Still sealed
  • M = Mint – record -as new still with vinyl sheen and no marks, maybe palyed a very few times. , cover as new probably still got shrinkwrap, no marks/creases, still rigid.
  • E = Excellent -record played but no marks or only a few surface scuffs that should not affect play, cover – still in excellent condition but may have minor ringwear , marks but not turn or split.
  • E- = Excellent minus, well played record may have some scratches and heavier marks, cover may have seem split, heavy ring wear or more major marks.
  • NEW = New record. Refers to reissue or newly pressed records that are not second hand.
